Information
TöuFood Xanthan is a versatile and highly effective thickening and stabilizing agent, widely used in modern and traditional cuisine. Derived from natural fermentation, xanthan gum provides excellent viscosity and suspension properties in both hot and cold liquids, without altering flavor or color.
Ideal for sauces, dressings, purées, and beverages, TöuFood Xanthan creates smooth, glossy textures and helps stabilize emulsions and foams and prevent ingredient separation.
A small amount goes a long way, just 0.1% to 0.5% is typically enough to achieve the desired consistency. It hydrates quickly and performs across a wide range of pH and temperatures, giving chefs precise control over texture and presentation.

Notice
Avoid using a twisting motion when cutting, as this can damage the blade.
Always choose the appropriate knife for the task, cutting bones, frozen foods, or other hard items requires a suitable blade. Images shown are for reference only.
Since each knife is handcrafted, variations in color, weight, pattern, and size are natural.
Use a soft plastic or wooden cutting board to help maintain the sharpness of your knife’s edge.
Avoid exposing the knife to sudden temperature changes, as it can alter the steel’s structure.
