Information
The Suehiro CR‑3003‑Y is a high-quality finishing whetstone (grit #3000) from the New Cerax series, ideal for refining and polishing kitchen knives, chisels, planes, and other steel tools.
Made from vitrified ceramic, it cuts quickly and develops a rich slurry, making edge finishing smooth and effective. The standard Size 3 (183 × 63 × 20 mm) offers plenty of surface for blades of various lengths.
It comes with a cleaning (nagura) stone and a practical plastic case that doubles as a soaking tray and base. Simply soak for about 5 minutes, sharpen, and enjoy a clean, polished edge.

Notice
Avoid using a twisting motion when cutting, as this can damage the blade.
Always choose the appropriate knife for the task, cutting bones, frozen foods, or other hard items requires a suitable blade. Images shown are for reference only.
Since each knife is handcrafted, variations in color, weight, pattern, and size are natural.
Use a soft plastic or wooden cutting board to help maintain the sharpness of your knife’s edge.
Avoid exposing the knife to sudden temperature changes, as it can alter the steel’s structure.
