Knife Oil is a high-quality, Camellia oil traditionally used in Japan to protect carbon steel blades from rust and corrosion. Lightweight, non-toxic, and odorless, it forms a thin protective layer that prevents moisture from oxidizing the steel.
Camellia oil is prized not only for its effectiveness but also for its clean finish, it doesn’t gum up, stain, or leave a sticky residue. Simply apply a few drops to a soft cloth and gently coat the blade after cleaning or sharpening.
