The Gyuto is a versatile kitchen knife with a slim blade and a pointed tip. The tip makes it easy to cut precisely and is great for slicing meat and fish. The slight curve of the blade lets you cut smoothly with less effort.

ATS-34 is a high-performance stainless steel made with high carbon and molybdenum content. Known for its excellent edge retention and toughness, it holds a sharp edge even through heavy use. Its stainless properties come from added chromium, which helps resist rust and staining. Comparable to 440C but with improved wear resistance, ATS-34 is favored by knife makers and chefs who want a durable, low-maintenance blade that still delivers precision cutting.
